Greig was born locally in Hull, grew up in Beverley, and still has strong family ties to the area, despite living overseas for a number of years.
He has over fifteen years of informal counselling experience, initially gained from working in a business background, both in adult education and management roles.
He became more directly involved in the field of therapy over seven years ago when he undertook a course of therapeutic healing himself.
He holds a Masters Degree (Distinction) in Applied Psychotherapy & Counselling, and a second degree in English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics.
Greig has a warm, broad-minded, empathetic style and welcomes clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
His approach to the therapeutic process is an eclectic one, which reflects his training methodology, though his preferred style of working is psychodynamically.
